For a fixed monthly payment you get comprehensive IT support for your Workstations* from setting up operating systems to diagnosis and resolution of software issues. If a hardware failure is diagnosed that can not be fixed remotely we offer an on site repair service with our experienced technicians.
We are open during office hours (09.00 – 17.30 Mon-Fri).
Occasionally, workstation problems may occur because of a faulty piece of hardware that needs to be replaced or repaired. These instances cannot be performed remotely or over the phone, however we offer professional ‘on-site’ support should you need it. Our engineer call out service available for £50* for the first hour, £25* per half hour or part of thereafter (minimum charge of £75 applies).
*subject to site survey, server support is offered as part of a Service Contract Package, all prices plus VAT at 17.5%.
